Enhancing Our Outdoors: A Shared Space for Every Child
Our outdoor provision is a vital part of the school day. It’s where our children develop their independence, burn off energy, and find quiet moments of reflection. However, our current facilities are no longer meeting the needs of all our pupils.
Our Goal: To raise £30,000 to transform our playground into a safe, inclusive, and sensory-rich environment.
By supporting this project, you are helping us deliver:
- All-Weather Accessibility: Installing new, safer flooring to extend the usable learning space directly from our classrooms.
- A Sensory Music Station: Providing a dedicated area for creative expression and sensory regulation, particularly beneficial for our pupils with additional needs.
- Defined EYFS Areas: Using movable greenhouses to create a bespoke, nurturing environment for our Reception classes.
- Sun Safety & Quiet Play: Introducing shade sails and teepee dens to ensure children can play safely in the summer months and have a dedicated space for imaginative play.
