Every child deserves a safe, exciting place to play, make friends and discover what they can do.
At Teesville Academy, we want to create a new, inclusive outdoor play area with high-quality equipment and resources for physical, imaginative and exploratory play. It will be a space where children can build confidence, independence and friendships, and learn through creativity and collaboration.
Our school serves around 319 pupils. Many children have limited access to high-quality outdoor play facilities outside school, and around a quarter have identified special educational needs or disabilities. We want the new area to work for children with physical, sensory, communication and social-emotional needs, so they can take part alongside their friends.
Your support will help us bring these improvements forward. Donations will contribute towards the play equipment, resources and installation needed for the project.
We are still exploring costs and suppliers, so the final specification and fundraising target are to be confirmed. The school and Trust support the plans, but current budgets mean the development may need to be phased over two to three years. Additional funding will help us make progress sooner.
Whether you give once, give regularly or share this page, thank you for helping Teesville's children play, explore and grow together. We will keep supporters updated as the plans develop.
