Donation - Enhancing Literacy Campaign

About

This campaign aims to raise reading attainment, close literacy gaps for disadvantaged pupils, improve enjoyment and motivation in reading, and support inclusive literacy teaching across the school.

We are looking to raise funds to purchase high‑quality, inclusive reading resources. These include phonics and decodable schemes, SEN‑friendly and dyslexia‑accessible books, guided reading sets, diverse and culturally relevant texts, and take‑home reading packs for disadvantaged pupils.

The rationale for the project is rooted in limited home access to books, reduced exposure to vocabulary and texts, and the inaccessibility of standard reading books for pupils with SEN. Without appropriate resources, pupils risk falling further behind in literacy attainment, confidence and engagement.

We are looking for either regular or one off donations to support our campaign.

All donations, of whatever size would be gratefully received and will make such a difference for our children.
